Holes 10 & 11 and part of hole #12 border many of the lots in Phase II. These pictures were taken in July 2008. Just click on the picture to get a closer view.

The picture above is a view from the #10 tee box. Many of the lots in Falls Crest Place are just to the left and through the trees (Approximately Lots 65-75).

This picture gives a view of the 11th green from about 150 yards out. Many of the lots along Falls Crest Dr are along the left side of this fairway, and some of the lots along Club Creek Dr are along the right side of this fairway. A new resident is building a big, beautiful house just to the left of the fairway from where this picture was taken.

This is a zoomed in view from way out on #12. If you walked onto the course from the western-most Phase II lot, this would be your view to the left.

This shot was taken back towards the tee box on #12. The upper-left corner of this picture is roughly where the western-most Phase II lots are located.

The shot above was taken from the #12 green back towards the #12 tee box. It shows a just view of the rolling contour of the land for this area of the golf course.

At the bottom of this Google satellite image, you can see The Auburn University Club Clubhouse. At the very top is part of Yarbrough Farms Elementary School which is close to some of the most northern lots, but cannot be seen from them due to the trees and contour of the land.

Just above and to the right of the clubhouse is Hole #10-- which is, incidently, a great dogleg par 4. To get from hole 10 to hole 11, you cross a road-- Falls Crest Drive-- which is currently just a loop which you can easily see in this image. Falls Crest Drive and Falls Crest Pl (the lower section of the loop) border lots 49-91.

Hole #11 is just north of Falls Crest Drive. Above and to the right of Hole #11 (East and North) is Club Creek Drive and Club Creek Ct. which forms a little loop. This area comprises lots 29-48.

In case you were wondering, this satellite image is probably a couple of years old. There are some homes under construction now in Phase II and the Jack Key Golf Training Facility (lower right) was completely finished in 2007.

Referral Plan - AU Club Members

When an AU Club member refers a non-member who purchases a Lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms, the current AU Club member will get his/her membership dues (up to $125/month) waived for 12 months-- a $1500 value for a full AU Club golf member! The new lot owner will receive a FREE Full Golf Membership for 2 YEARS ($4500 initiation fee waived + $3000 in membership dues waived).

*A non-member who purchases a Lot must list one current AU Club member as the referrer on his/her application form at the beginning of the process.

AU Club Member Lot Purchase

Any member who purchases a lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms will get his/her membership dues (up to 125/month) waived for 3 YEARS (a $4500 value for a full golf member).

Non-Member Lot Purchase

Any person who is not currently a member who purchases a lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms will receive a FREE Full Golf Membership for 2 YEARS ($4500 initiation fee waived + $3000 in membership dues waived-- a $7500 value). In addition, this membership will be transferable to a new purchaser should the lot owner decide to sell his/her lot (within the duration of the original 24 month time period). This special offer is valid whether or not the non-member was referred by a current AU Club Member.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I am a a full AU Club golf member. What if I refer, say, 4 different people who buy lots in Phase II Yarbrough Farms? Do I get 4 years of my membership dues waived?

Yes. You get 12 months free for every person who you refer who buys a lot and lists your name as the referrer on the application. So if you referred 4 different people, you will not have to pay your $125 membership dues for 48 months ($6000). Pretty sweet deal, I think.

What if I refer someone who buys 2 lots?

The offer is good per lot, so the referrer would get 24 months of membership dues waived in this case. The person who purchases the two lots would get 48 months of membership dues waived (24 months for each lot), but they would only get one (1) initiation fee of $4500 waived.

This deal is only good for the next 10 lots sold. Will I know beforehand how many lots have been sold and whether we will qualify for the special?
